FAMILY PHOTOSHOOTS ARE A PAUSE IN TIME, TO TREASURE TODAY AND LEAVE BEHIND FOR GENERATIONS TO COME.
But it can be so much more than that. It can be a family outing where you all focus on each other - whether it is at the county fair, public wildlife reserve, or at your own property. More often than not, when I leave a session, the whole family smiles at me and says "Wow, that was fun." I watch as the mother sighs a breath of relief that all her efforts wasn't a waste of time. She sought the right photographer, made sure everyone's hair was trimmed, and coordinated outfits for her family. I see you, and I'm here for you, mama! That's why I offer pre-photoshoot consultation. We go over the best times of day that works best to serve your vision and fit into your family's routine. When we know when and where, I then help you coordinate an array of outfits if you don't have a set idea on one.
WHAT TO EXPECT.
We'll start off your session with a small introduction as I lead you to the first spot for a group photo. From there, we'll go with the flow, where I focus on photos of kids together, individuals of kids, and multiple group photos. At the end of the photoshoot I'll grab some shots of just the happy couple, too! Picking a larger package comes in handy for when you want photos of multiple locations, or getting to hard to get locations, or to simply have more keepsakes from the photoshoot with opportunity to get more poses and variations.
I just want to give y'all photos and make the experience one that won't have the family dreading the term "picture day". This is achieved by communication before the photoshoot, good attitudes, and honestly just having fun with it. Genuine smiles are gorgeous, contagious, and luminous. Let's chase that light together!
